Creative Skills Day

I Can Be… A Screenwriter, A Production Designer, A Cinematographer is a free creative skills day for young people aged 13-17 yrs, taking place at Wakefield Exchange on Saturday 29th November, 10:15am-3:30pm. Through three interactive workshops, young people will:
  • Learn how stories are written for screen
  • Explore costume and prop design with hands-on activities
  • Try out filmmaking and camera techniques
Led by local screen professionals, this event gives young people a practical taste of creative careers – helping them build confidence, teamwork, and inspiration for the future.
Breakfast and lunch included and SEND support workers will be present throughout the day to ensure the event is inclusive and accessible for everyone.
 
*Guide age is 13-17yrs.
